Language Arts: We will be reading short poems that focus on what excites us about nature.Students will be working on visualization and understanding theme throughout the week.
Math: This week we will be wrapping up Topic 13 Shapes and their Attributes. Students will be learning about 2-Dimensional Shapes, Polygons and angles, and how to draw 2-Dimensional Shapes. Look for the topic review to come home on Wednesday. As of now Topic 13 Assessment will be given on Monday, March 21st.
Social Studies: We will finishing our travel around the world this week.
Science: We will be starting our unit on Force and Motion. Students will take part in fun activities throughout this unit.This week we will be learning the vocabulary that goes with force and motion and start exploring different ways to make objects move.
