Language Arts: We will be taking a break from the Wonders Reading program and spend some time reading fairy tales. Students will be comparing and contrasting different versions of fairy tales and learn about the elements found in fairy tales. Students will also be writing their own versions of their favorite fairy tale.
Math: We will start working our way through Topic 15, Graphs and Data. Students will measure the lengths of objects and make a line plot to organize the data and draw bar graphs and use them to solve problems.
Science: We will continue with our unit on Force and Motion. Students will take part in fun activities throughout this unit. This week we will be learning the vocabulary that goes with force and motion and start exploring different ways to make objects move.
