Language Arts: This week we will be reading stories that focus on how how the weather can affect us. The reading selections for this week are Tornado! and Wild Weather. Both stories are nonfiction and students will be focusing on asking questions in order to identify the main idea and dey details in a story.
Math: We will continue working through Topic 8 Working with Time and Money.
Social Studies: We will be finishing up our unit on People Long Ago. Students will be reviewing the vocabulary words and the important information they learned throughout this unit and will take the test on Tuesday, January 11th.
